Double Benefit Insurance (DBI)

• Cardmembers are insured on the outstanding balance of their American Express Gold Credit Card in the unfortunate event of death or permanent total disability (PTD). A Cardmember's full outstanding balance will be paid off and in addition, an equal amount will be paid to the nominee of the Cardmember.

All Accidental Death Insurance (AADI)

• A Cardmember automatically receives AADI free of cost upon enrolling for DBI. This covers death due to any accident. The coverage is BDT 150,000 for an American Express Gold Credit Cardmember, which will be paid to the Cardmember's nominee in case of an accidental death. Terms and Conditions apply.

• 24 Hour Customer Service Centre - For further information on the status of your Card and also on the available services and offers, please contact our 24-hour Customer Service Centre on (+88) 04472000777
• Lost or Stolen Card - In case your Card gets lost or is stolen, call our 24-hour Customer Service Centre to report the loss of your Card. A new Card will be sent to you within 72 hours of reporting the loss.
• Replacement Card - We guarantee to replace and deliver your lost, stolen or damaged Card in one business day within Bangladesh or three business days if you are overseas. Please contact our Customer Service Centre on (+88) 04472000777 to request for a replacement card.
